K-12 Educational System:

Inner Vision International is highly concerned about the quality of education facing our youth. We have proven the link between increasing students’ self-esteem/self-awareness and enhancing school climate. In an effort to help schools improve school climate, increase attendance and reduce deviant student behaviors, we have designed a highly effective character educational and life management skills mentoring program. Our Program, entitled, The Vision® is curricula based. We have developed over 28-weeks of Urban Centered Curricula all designed to motivate, educate and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential.

In addition to our dynamic mentoring program, we provide teacher in-services on: Team Building, Stress Management and Motivating High Risk Youth.   In an effort to maximize our program, we also provide workshops for parents and facilitate school hall meetings.

Colleges & Universities:

Now more than ever before, college graduates are receiving diplomas without having a clear perspective on how or where they will find employment. In an effort to motivate students to be prepared for college and beyond, Dwayne Delivers a powerful keynote address, followed by a lengthy Q/A session to college Freshmen and Sophomores. Known for his “Keep It Real” style, Dwayne motivates, inspires and challenges his audience to get serious about their future by preparing TODAY.

Corporate America / Non Profits:

Dwayne’s hands on style of capturing the attention of his audiences doesn’t stop on the college campus. Dwayne has developed engaging keynote addresses and workshops for corporations. Whether it’s a new product launch or a workshop on Teambuilding, Dwayne will inspire audience participants towards higher levels of productivity and effectiveness.

Please Note:

Mr. Bryant has created presentations for a diverse audience. Whether it’s a keynote address, workshop or seminar, Dwayne develops client-specific presentations in order to meet the ever-changing needs of his clientele.

As a result of the varying amount of time required to deliver a dynamic presentation i.e., preparation, research, travel, and scheduling; fees for each presentation may vary. Establishing long-term relationships is a priority; therefore, multiple engagement pricing is available.
